About The Program
All courses contain an online learning component that must be completed prior to the in-person session. Students are only required to complete the online learning for their course. Using the links above, you are able to register for your course on the American Red Cross Web Site and begin your online training. STUDENTS THAT DO NOT COMPLETE THEIR ONLINE LEARNING MAY NOT ATTEND THE SESSION.
It is highly recommended that the online learning is completed on a PC or Mac, using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, or Mozilla Firefox as your browser. PLEASE DO NOT USE A CELL PHONE OR TABLET AS IT MAY DELETE YOUR PROGRESS.
Students are responsible for being at the correct location for their class. We currently offer classes in Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City. For Lifeguarding, the pools that we use are in different locations from our offices. Please follow your course description on the booking page for all locations for all classes.
To pass the course, students must finish the online learning PRIOR to class, pass all prerequisites, attend all class sessions, participate in all demonstrations, and complete all written and scenario assessments. Upon completion, students will be emailed their certification, which may take up to 10 days.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY CLASS. Students who do not meet the requirements for certification may pay to retake the course in the future, including failure to reschedule if absent and unsuccessful completion of course requirements. Students who need to reschedule may move their course to a future date as long as they notify us by email at any time prior to the course starting. Students removed from the class due to conduct will not be allowed to return.
