For laypersons, professional rescuers, and healthcare providers in Arizona, Nevada, and Utah who are struggling to find emergency life-saving courses and lifeguard classes within their region, we provide American Red Cross Training and Certification to major markets and minor regions throughout the Tri-State Area.
Unlike traditional classroom environments and lengthy in-person sessions, we not only utilize the American Red Cross Blended Learning platform to allow for digital learning in your own environment, but are also a mobile Licensed Training Provider capable of bringing our training to your city or your facility.
Available for group sessions, public offerings, private trainings, and youth programs, we strive to bring training and certification to markets that do not have local programs to allow graduates to assist in the event of life-threatening emergencies, or work in where certification is required.

Unlike traditional consultation services that utilize a top-down approach to solve niche pool operations concerns, we utilize a 360-degree model that not only gathers data but works directly with property leadership to analyze all aspects. Handbooks, policy updates, equipment inspection, technology integration, training, uniforms; our one-stop shop can handle it all. This model not only allows us to work hand-in-hand to correct opportunities for improvement both traditional and unique to the property but create instructional design formats and resources to improve lifeguard performance & confidence, adherence to facility regulations, and transparency of the operation.
Available for single projects, monthly/quarterly assessments & updates, or for year-round services, our service suite helps with ensuring that your pool opens on time, stays open throughout the year, and that all staff are competent and comfortable in their roles.
